We believe that shipping is an integral part of an online shopping experience. After purchasing merchandise online, the main question that comes to your mind is “When will I receive my order?” At Quirky Perks, we are committed to ensure that the products you purchase are delivery in an organised and timely manner.
Each order received is processed within 3-9 business days.
Even though the government has allowed delivery of non-essential goods, only certain courier companies will operate during the lockdown/unlock. As the courier companies will be working with limited partners and according to zone, you will be facing a delay in delivering your orders.
You will be intimated along each step of the way i.e. when the order is placed, & processed, shipped and delivered. Order will then reach its destination within 1-4 business days after dispatched. We are partners with the top most courier and logistics service providers to ensure that you receive your order on-time and safely. In case you have any questions in regards to order delivery, you can contact our us and we will resolve all your problems as soon as we can.
From the time the order is placed you can expect the order to be at your door:

Express shipping does not mean express processing. Processing time is still 2-3 working days or more. Express Shipping means your product will be delivered in 2-4 working days instead of Standard shipping that takes 12-15 working days!
Returns & Exchange
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have concerns, please contact us with your information along with your order number (found on email receipt), and we will work with you to make it right!
You can check below at the bottom of the page products eligible for Return/Refund/Exchange. If the product is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will be happy to replace it for you. We will need a clear unboxing video as proof that you received a damaged/defective product. Without the proof, we will be unable to exchange the product for you.
In case of wrong product received, the same product will be fixed or a new one will be made if it cannot be fixed or permanently damaged.
The order will not be cancelled even it exceeds the shipping timeline as after lockdown the process of procuring raw materials has become slower than usual.
In case of exchange in apparels (problems with fit), please note that we do have a reverse pick up facility, for which there will be a Rs. 150/- charge. You can also choose to courier it back to us on your own, at the address given below.
For sunglasses, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. The order will only be REPLACED (NOT REFUNDED) if the product is damaged upon arrival.
If there is an error from our end, no re shipping charges will be levied.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO OFFER STORE CREDIT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR IN CASE OF ANY OTHER ISSUE.

All returns ( only on eligible items ) & exchanges are processed within 7 business days following their arrival at our warehouse. In case of return, note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement depending on the issuing bank.
- You must raise a return request by emailing us on email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
- Product must be in perfect condition.
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our office and has been checked for quality.
- It may take more than 15-20 working days for Quirky Perks to receive the return package and additionally 2-3 working days to ship it back to the consumer/customer.
Products eligible for return/refund
Notebooks, Pens, Planters, Trinket Tray, Pouches, Ceramic Coffee Mugs will be eligible for returns and exchange.
Product not eligible for return/refund/cancellations if prepaid order
Apparels, Washi Tape, Phone Cases, Masks, Jewellery, Squeezy Band, Sippers, Bottles, Tote Bags, Neon Lights, Beach Hats, Coasters, Vacuum Coffee Mug, Sunglasses & All Personalised Products.
For Prepaid orders of personalized items, there will be no order cancellation or refund since the product is just made for you. In case of wrong product received, the same product will be fixed or a new one will be made if it cannot be fixed or permanently damaged.
There will be no cancellations accepted, if there are any delays caused due to curfew/lockdown or production facility to be asked to shut down for a few days by government! Or any situation related to COVID 19!
Advance booking on hats, are not refundable or can be cancelled under any circumstances. This is non negotiable.
if any product goes out of stock, it's Quirky Perks sole decision to issue a store credit which will be valid for a year. The product/s can be dispatched once it comes back in stock. Refund is initiated if its an exception which shall be marked by Quirky Perks.
Product eligible for only exchange
Shipping fees are not refundable in case of returns and exchanges. For any damages or wrong items delivered, an unboxing video will be mandatory.
